At each DARE retreat you will experience daily yoga sessions which have been designed to guide all from beginner to advanced levels. Yoga is a noncompetitive form of exercise that when practiced regularly may produce many health benefits including increased fitness and normalization of blood pressure. Yoga is a popular remedy to relieve stress. Over time yoga can produce lower levels of stress and increased feelings of happiness and wellbeing.
